Non payment? Bill never received

So I woke up once again to my DISH service being disconnected.  Call them.  You didn't pay bill.  I ask for the 4th time if they sent it to my PO Box...they say yes yet I have never received one single bill from them!!!!  I have excellent credit and pay my damn bills...what to do??????   I think they just don't want to mail out bills and just want to get their slimy little fingers on my credit card...not happening!!!!
