gift card

My husband tried to order using a gift card.  Amazon charged our bank account instead of the gift card they said had already been applied to the bill.  I called amazon to complain (866-216-1072) got a women from the Phillipines with a thick accent.  She was unable to fully refund the gift card.  She credited the rest to our amazon acc.  If they do not apply the remainder to our next order, I guess I will have to complain to the FCC, better business bureau, and any other places I can find to ding amazon.  They are getting too big for their britches!  In fact they are big enough that they should be able to give refunds.
