Damage to house while installing mounting brackets.

There is damage done to my eve structure of my home.  The installer of the direct tv satalite, did not predrill the before he screwed four large bolts into the structure if the eve. By not predrilling, he forced the screws through the wood causing it to split in half in several places. I'm sure there is more damage under the main bracket. The main bracket is large and covers the entire area where those holes are. I'm submitting three pictures.
