CONSUMER WARNING! securus is a company in NC which knowingly sold lots of totally DEFECTIVE and very expensive GPS tracking units called Zoombak to Consumers. The units FAILED to locate the subject, and had numerous other problems. Even though securus KNEW ZOOMBAK WAS DEFECTIVE, they continued to sell it for well over $1000 + $20 a MONTH for so-called "service," to anyone who would buy it. In many cases, they refused to honor their own warranty. Further, there are numerous documented complaints online about how they ripped off Customers by fraudulently billing them [ just google "zoombak complaints." ] Now they are introducing a new GPS product called "ezoom." Costco is offering ezoom online. Of coursem, Costco knowingly sells lots of LETHAL PET FOOD like "waggin train" [dead Dog] "treats" made in china, so they do not care if something works [just google "costco complaints ] If you wish to buy this expensive ezoom GPS tracker from a company with a confirmed history of selling defective products and scamming Customers with billing problems, then you will regret it! Don't say you were not warned!!!!

EDIT: "Even though securus KNEW ZOOMBAK WAS DEFECTIVE, they continued to sell it for well over $1000 + $20 a MONTH for so-called "service," to anyone who would buy it."

Correction for typo: Even though securus KNEW ZOOMBAK WAS DEFECTIVE, securus sold the units for up to $150 dollars [not $1,000, which was intended to read $100] + $20 a MONTH for so-called "service," to anyone who would buy it.
