WOT

I had previously heard of a couple of websites that went through this onslaught by WOT. I actually joined 2 years ago thinking they were doing a service to the net. Wrong... Recently a website that I am very close to, got hit with their attack, and I do call it an attack. Theri Rating of this Christian site was unwarranted, and spurred on by personal vindication of the "Heroes" of WOT. Now I have been hit with their targeted attack. But here is where they went wrong. My website was totally created by me using OpenOffice html. with a simple background, simple text and the use of tables. that is it. No where did I use links to other sites directly. It is totally contained and done that way because of all the problems in the net.  OUt of the 25 pages, only two are offsite. One with Wordpress and the other with NING. Niether of which I have any personal control as to its content other than that which I submitted throught their sites and was published. So to receive a bad rating from them, actually destroys 10 years of keeping this website safe (Yes its been up for Ten years) When you google the website it is nothing but RED which keeps people away from the site. That big WARNING keeps people away froma the site.
THIS IS CYBER EXTORTION, CYBER PROTECTION RACKET AT ITS WORST!

The only to keep a good rating is to buy their package to protect your site from these types of attacks.
This is not only fraud, illegal but it is morally wrong to do this to a website who purposely made the website simple, with no links to any outside site, to purposely made it a Clean site to HIS STANDARDS.

This company needs to be taken down. It is nothing but a Shakedown, Thuggery, Protection Racket by the mob.
