Lies about products specs, doesnt admit their errors or allow returns

I bought a Blackberry from them and was exquisitely, annoyingly clear about the specifications I needed- that I needed the phone to get 3G speeds on T-Mobile's network . They said "no problem" and even walked me through the tech specs I'd need and assured me they had such a phone. When the phone arrived without those specifications, they made me jump through some hoops before acknowledging the phone wasn't the correct version. They offered to replace it, but I had to mail it back at my expense, which they said they'd reimburse.
The 2nd phone arrived, slightly different and closer to what Id asked for, but still unable to perform the task I'd asked of them (a phone that would get 3G speeds on T-Mobile's network, meaning not an ATT phone). They continued to insist it was the right phone and would work properly and made me jump through more hoops, checking various settings. All the while they promised to make it right. Finally, I got frustrated enough and told them I just wanted my money back. They then told me the return deadline had passed and there was "nothing" they could do. They also have not reimbursed me for my shipping costs, despite numerous requests. I complained to eBay, who told me I'm not the first customer to have problems with wireovia.
