We purchased an England sofa in February of 2016 and took delivery in March. By September the fabric had begun to ball up (like a "sweater ball"). All correspondence with England was directed back to the store where we purchased the sofa. After months of haggling, we finally got the store manager to come out and look at the sofa. He reluctantly agreed to replace it and we took delivery of the new one today. Based on the reviews of England furniture, I have a feeling we'll be back in touch with them in another 6 months or so. I wish I had done my research before buying the sofa. I will NEVER purchase another piece of England furniture.
