Fraud

My husband and I have paid our bill monthly requesting a paper bill be sent due to fraud from this company , in which we have yet to receive in this year . We have paid but not had service as promised this is horrible taking advantage of older people ! The customer service people have been so rude to say the least , also trying to extort money to fix their equipment which was not of our fault something needs to be done to stop this travesty .
