I have been getting calls from this guy for weeks and today a voicemail was left saying I would be facing 5-7 years in prison for tax fraud. He said I owed $5,746 but could settle out of court today if I paid $500 and set up a payment plan. My fiancé got on the phone with him and she confronted him and he started sexually harassing her xxx rated and we recorded it all. Is there a lawsuit filed against this person?
