Gallup Polls are taking bankers money

Gallup does these so called surveys each week to bank customers and rates them on their customer service. Then Gallup reports their report to the bank. Their scoring system is not mathematically correct. 11 monthly shops are done each month. If you score 10 shops at 100% and the 11th one 83.3%. That doesn't equal 80%. This company is helping riff off the Retail bankers every month. They are worst then the scammers overseas that try and steal your money from you Grandmother.  Gallup I score you as a negative 5 Stars.
