unwanted subscription to VAS PACK99 and deliberate deduction of Rs 99 .

I am a regular prepaid user of Airtel service and my mobile number is 9810666171.I never opted for VAS PACK 99 AND EVEN DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE SAME.
Rs 99 was deliberately deducted from my account on 7th march and this cause great problems and in convenience for me a s i was out of station.I submitted my complaint and i was assured that my query will be solved within 24 hours.
My hard earned money is forcefully taken from my account.This is the last time I am sending a request for my money .If it is not entertained i will be forced to lodge a case in the consumer court.The decesiom lies with you.

Rs. 304.28 have been cut from my balance and when I complained I was told that I have downloaded some games from Airtel Live,
Now I am helpless and feel cheated because I have not downloaded anything moreover I even did not use any of the service.
Nobody is ready to listen or accept anything .I am planning not to stop using Airtel and switch to other operator
