A and E no show

I had an appt on May 1, and was told a teck would be here between 8-5. I rcvd. a call at 4:50 so say the tech had to many other calls and couldn't get to my washer and was postponed another week.  Seems like Whirlpool should find a new service dept. What ever happened to make the customer happy...I will never buy whirlpool again
