item fell and hit my foot

I went to Ross after leaving church, I was walking around looking .I mistakenly ran into one of the hanging knobs I will call it.when all of a sudden one came down and hit my big toe on my left foot.I went and found manager Melvin show end and told him what happened he said thank u for showing him and tighten it down.I said it hit my toe he said what u want me to do,so one of employees gave me the number and told to contact you all. This was at 5454 sunset blvd.Lexington, sc 29072.at 3pm.my toe is not swollen because I put ice on it.
