NOT GETING DELIVERY ON TIME

Sir,
My customer no is 629358 in name of Jayesh Thakker & I am staying in Pune Somnath Nagar Nagar Road, our agency name is Jai Gas Agency. First of that they don't take the booking before 21 days and after the booking they supply the gas after 25 days but if we require the gas urgently then there is so many shop in our area from we can pay 600 Rs and we should get the gas. And when we go to ask them they give the ans that there is no stocke in our godwon than how they all shop get shilinder to sale in black, it is not the problem for one time every month its take the minimum 35 to 40 days for delivery if they are having big area then why should you dont appoint the other agency so we can get the good service. I hope that you will look after in this mater and shout out problem as soon as possible and one more think they don't no that how they want to speack there customer we already pay the deposit for gas we are not takeing the gas in free so I hapo that you will look after in this mater other wise I should take some legal acution on agency so please do the needfull.

Even now, the gas cylinder has not been delivered. They are not picking the phone. I went personally and following the agency from 25 Sep 2009 several times. Please look into this and do the needful.
