failure to cover said expenses/ can't speak with anyone to cancel

I purchased 2 warranties from these people. When my mechanic tried to work with them on 'covered' items, they ALWAYS had an excuse why it wasn't covered...even though the warranty clearly stated the items were covered. I've been out of work for 8 months now. Both cars are still sitting at the shop. I can't get them fixed and I don't know how to get them to stop charging me other than close my account at the bank. They've scammed about $1000 from me now. HELP!!!
