keep getting this bill for a book I returned as it came because it wasn't what I wanted.

stop sending this bill as I owe nothing and will not pay for something that was returned almost the same day the book came.  I do have a subscription for the magazine but will never renew or advise anyone else to subscribe since the billing or which ever department is so bad.  Terrible customer help as I've sent many notes returning the bill ...without payment of course.  Seems like I'm not the only one with this kind of problem.
