Over charge was told it would be taken care of right away . It is seven days later and they still do not know when I am going to get my refund.when I asked for the corporate phone number I was told they did no have one. I then said I probably go on line and get the number the agent told me to be her guest

    Direct TV questionable rate hikes,  they did not want to disclosed if additional charges would be added once contract was cancelled, bill was paid in full prior to returning their box.. It was return and 3 weeks later I received an additional bill for $98.00 according to them it was for movies viewed I requested they send proof as to whom order the movies since it was restricted with a pasword, TV is not hooked up to phone jacks so u cant bipass customer service.. They are saying there is a way of ordering those movies, we tried to order a movie at a relatives house since they have the same set up that we had (password and it has to go through customer service) we where not able to get a single movie that was not part of the package they sign up for..We are now in collections and they have yet to proof we order the movies..
