This has to be a robocall since no one has my direct line at work except family, and it did not go through the switchboard.  Transcription of recorded message (started before the beep so first part is cut off):
From 347-696-1007  "…on your identity and you are required to contact us as soon as possible.  Our call back number is 347-696-1007.  I repeat it as 347-696-1007.  Deliberate ignorance of this message will be considered intentional attempt of non-appearance."  [last 10 seconds silent]

    I got what seems to be the same message, but missed the first part about my identity. My message only picks up at the call back number, but the rest is the same. The number itself was different: 347-732-2505

    I just got a similar message. And like the rest of you, sounds like a robocall, and the voicemail starts with the first part cut off. Same wording about deliberate ignorance and non-appearance. Phone number is 347-321-4663

    I received a similar call today. The voicemail started from cut-out audio. Then a robovoice stated "Deliberate ignorance of this message will be considered intentional attempt of non-appearance."

    Spammers must be getting getting frustrated with me blocking all their numbers. Now it just says, "Unknown" for number and location. They left me a voicemail with a girl speaking an Asian dialect with music in the background.

    Go the same thing yesterday: my android phone listed these guys as 'Spam Likely' - the voicemail started halfway through the callback number and used the same wording: 'deliberate ignorance of this message will be considered intentional attempt of non-appearance'. Came from 1-646-666-9672

    They left voice mail on my phone.  Deleting it now.

    I just found the same message in my voice mail.  It came from 469-598-4068.  I do wish there were a way to put an end to these scams.
