Dish is charging $700.00 to cancel 23 days into trial

Frontier Communications sold us a bundle package with telephone ,Internet, and satellite tv through DISH Network. The salesman said we had a 30 day trial period and if we were not happy, we could cancel within the 30 day trial period. He did not disclose it was just for the telephone and Internet only. We are three weeks into the trial and are not happy with any if the services. Dish is saying that we are locked into a contract now for 2  yrs with them or pay $700.00 cancellation fee. Frontier is now saying they can't do anything about DIsh Network. They can only cancel their service. We only dealt with a Frontier salesman not Dish network. What legal action do we have. ( by the way, at installation I asked for a copy of the contract for the deal we received but they said there was none to provide.)

    Since Dish Network dropped Fox News from its lineup I believe we should be entitled to some refund since Dish is in violation of the terms of what we agreed to when we signed up.  Since Dish is bundled in our charges from Frontier I think Frontier should help resolve this issue.  If this isn't resolved quickly I'm switching to Direct TV or maybe Cable.
