Appointments(3) cancelled without notification to me.

On 4/2 tech was here for picture breaking up, he fixed that but we lost hi-def, cable terminal was removed from house and was hanging by the wires.
Called for and received appointment for 4/10 between 12/4.
No show, I called and was told there was no appointment scheduled for that day.
Rescheduled for 4/16 12/4, no show. I called and was told the appoint was cancelled then the person I was speaking to let slip that the previous weeks appointment was also cancelled, which means the person I spoke with on 4/10 LIED !
Rescheduled for 4/23 12/4 another no show and when I called,the person working had no idea how to proceed.
