I would like to know why you are still charging 9.99 to my credit card. It has been over a year since I put in for it. I thought it was a one time fee of 9.99 period. I was charged 9.99 USD plus Exchange Rate = $13.72 CDN, on my VISA Credit Card in April. My Bank advised I call them again if this amount appears on my next statement. TBA
