Fraudulant charge

I ordered the set on line and was expecting the low charge price as advertised and ended up with a $110.96 charge on my account.  I called them to take it off and they said I should call back in 2 days to make sure it went through, well I know it went through cuz it showed up on my CC.  I then called back and they said it is still not showing and to call the next day. Now I can't get through.  I am so upset with this company.  They are rude and are crooks!!!!!!
