Non Providing Gas Connection

I have transferred my HP Gas Connection from FAZILKA (PUNJAB) to Chandigarh Vide Transferred voucher No.9098429. I am residing at 464 (Second Floor) Sector 32-A, Chandigarh. I go to Sabharwal GAS Agency on dated 26.02.2013; they asked me to submit Residence Proof. On 27.02.2013 I again went to Sabharwal GAS Agency but it was closed without any notice. I Call HP Gas Head Office Tele No. 0172-5046517 they replied me that due to marriage of their Son Agency is closed. On 28.02.2013 I again went to Sabharwal GAS Agency for submission of Documents. The Lady on Counter refuse to received the documents, then I Call to HP GAS Head Office regarding non receiving of Documents by Sabharwal Gas Agency. After Call, Lady on Counter received my Documents. She told me it will take ten Days. I again call on dated 01.03.2013 HP GAS Head Office Tele No. 0172646517 they asked me I may request to Sr. Sales Manager Hp Gas Mr. Yadav. I Call to Mr. Yadav & Give full particular of my Case. On 02.03.2013 I again request to Mr. Yadav regarding my request. On 04.03.2013 I again Call HP Gas Head office regarding my Complaint they again asked me I may request to Mr. Yadav. I again request to Mr. Yadav but no result has come out.
