My name is Marc Fogel and my Sprint number is 310 927 1532 or 323 848 4540.

My Sprint service never worked in my home/office so Sprint graciously sent me an AirRave 2.5.

When the Air Rave works I am a happy Sprint customer who spends $600.00 a month with Sprint.

I have a Galaxy Note 2, a Galaxy S3 & two Blackberry's. All purchase new from Sprint.

Approx. THREE weeks ago my AirRave stopped connecting to my phones hence I couldn't use them at home or at work.

Up to today I've made 29 calls to Sprint & spent over 7 hours of my time and theirs trying different fixes.

It's still BROKEN!!!!

Sprint will NOT REPLACE any equipment!! The Note 2 is only 6 months old.

They only want to keep on wasting everyone's time trying to fix the problem.

I get shifted back and forth to very polite people who have ZERO authority to get anything DONE!!!

I really liked Sprint but they are forcing me to switch to VERIZON.

I am praying they have better technical support than SPRINT.

It CAN'T be WORSE.
