My husband did many hours of graphic design work for Zachary Edward Singleton, who liked his logo work and kept asking for more of it and website design & creation, but without ever paying! After months of repeated bills via certified mail, and him stringing us along, I called and Zach answered. He persuasively promised once again, with the same tired excuses whose course was run. I said, "We're literally going to have to go on food stamps if you don't pay now!" and still, he never sent payment, and never answered his phone again. I still want my money; it's over $3,000!!

    He has ripped me off for over $3000 and I lost my home. As he sleeps soundly in his rental home at 36 Caladonia, I will be sleeping on a park bench in December! As you read my replies on the previous comments, I could keep going and going on his [***]. Let me know if you would like to know more

    Yep, thought so...all these posts are from the same subcontractor using different aliases...and he's so talented he can only get work from this one guy he complains about, and [***] when he doesn't get paid for unfinished, crap work. Oldest story in the world.

    Zach is about to do some serious time as well as his wife.

    He scammed me into work and refuses to
    Pay me. I have been reading up on all these blogs with post dating back to 2017. Threats to people lives, theft, and obviously the scam artist he is.

    He owes me $3900 for the work I did.

    Being a single mom, he’s messed with the wrong person.

    I am working with one of the best lawyers in Montana and my goal is to not only get my money but I would like restitution for those he has wronged.

    He lives in Livingston Montana and travels all over the State conning people for work.

    I have messages and witnesses to the conning and to the agreements we made.

    I apologize that everyone has had to deal with this. But I can tell you this ends. With him serving his time and hopefully restitution being restored to EVERYONE who was abused and violated by this man.

      I know where he is! He brought me up here from California to do business with him, he just opened a dojo for his daughters and we were supposed to open a new gym together because we met a few years back at a karate competition his and my daughters were competing in, he suckered me here and totally screwd me both in the business and me painting for him!! His dojo is 2 doors down from my gym. Since hes owed me money I havent seen him here but all his equipment is here and i have a key to it!! Please contact me...

      File a police report. The police literally cannot do anything unless there has been many reports meet on this person.

    I have filed a police report but they say there is nothing they can do because he keeps reaching out and "trying" to pay me, but then blowing me off when the date comes. Does anyone have his physical address so that I can file in small claims? Does anyone want any additional information for their cases? This website is also him: bozemanhousepainter.com. I've found a lot of similar website that were reviewed by the same fake google account that are likely him as well and am keeping a list.

    Isn’t he incarcerated in Lumpkin, Georgia? Didn’t the law finally catch up with him?
