I had went to Avenue Furniture 913 Elizabeth Avenue, Elizabeth New Jersey on 1/30/2013 to get a living room set. I had got my voucher from Social Service on 1/30/2013. I gave them the voucher and I ordered my living room set it was supposed to be delivered on 2/12/2013. I called on that day and there secretary explain to me do to the storm they will not be able to deliver it until 2/16/2013 between 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. So I decided to call on that day 2/16/2013 around 4:45 p.m. to make sure my furniture was gonna be delivered. The store owner Manny told me that there was a problem. My living room set will not be delivered until April. He didn't know what was going on so he asked me to come down to pick another set. I told him I couldn't because I didn't have a way. So I asked him can he send me some pictures of a new living room set I can choose from and he did. He then e-mailed me two different sets and I chose one of them. He told me it will be delivered on Thursday 2/21/2013 between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. again. He said he will make sure he will call me on Monday to confirm with me that it will be delivered on that day. I had missed the call but I listened to my message and he did confirm it. So on 2/21/2013 I decided to call them at 1:37 p.m. to make sure if the furniture was gonna be delivered today and he told me no. I had asked why. Manny told me he doesn't know why but he will try to find out about it. He then called me back and let me know the company had send him an e-mail letting him know that the furniture will be delivered on Friday 2/22/2013 between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. I had asked him when was he gonna tell me because if hadn't call the store they will have not let me know anything
