There have been a number of similar complaints related to both DRI, Kaspersky, and orderfind. Although Kaspersky sells legitimate products, it appears that there may be weak security with the payment processors allowing their use for fraudulent charges for purchase of an intangible product.
Motives might range from "purchase" of an intangigle (downloaded) product by a thief, with little risk since no shipment address need be provided, to "pinging" of stolen credit card numbers to determine whether they are still valid before running up larger charges.
Regardless, dispute the charges as fraudulent, and immediately block your card number to prevent additional fraud. You do that through your bank, not the merchant.

Very cunning, they charged out the same day Norton automatically renewed. They have nothing to do with Norton. I called. They must be able to hack into Norton or something and find out who is due to renew, or hack into email when Norton is saying they WILL be renewing. Who knows. Anyway, huge inconvenience to have to close account and wait for new card.
