RE: Unordered product

I spoke to a representative from Laserline our toner supplier. Later that day I called and left a message to change the color of toner I had requested. Then I received a call from the company United Supply Source. I said we order from another company. They told me we were the ones that call you for your toner supplies. I stated that I had left a message to change the color of the toner I had ordered was it them that I spoke too. The man said yes, and said what color did you want, I told him i needed to get a blue one, They said they would take care of it. I am upset with them for number one lying to me that they said they were the company that we usually order from and then also for saying that I had left a message from them when I had not.I have left several messages at the number provided on the invoice but have not received a call back. (Big Surprise) I did not order from them but instead from the company Laserline, which they then inpersonated and falsly claimed to be.
