DOesn't tell the truth

One--the caller says the appointment takes 20 to 25 minutes wrong it takes over one hour. Two the appointment person says the costs says the monitoring is " about  a dollar a  day" wrong closer to $40.00 a month. Three once again They say no cost involved, it, the system is free, wrong no there is a one time fee to set it up.Also They don't tell you that the system they are offering you is a basic system once the sale person gets there they try and upgrade you-especially certain groups of people.Working in the office the employees are told to bend the truth not sell in certain areas or omit things. BUYER BEWARE.
