Money deducted in my sbi account

On 23 June I got a msg on 1:08 am and it included that 245 rupees has been deducted due to Google services at moonfrog google as I was busy in some important work I ignored it then on 24 the June I got consecutive msg that an amount of 118 is deducted again by moonfrog I called the helpine no. Of SBI and they asked me to block the card and then I blocked my card and till now that where my money is gone and I m totally disappointed by SBI and I am waiting for my refund and to know where the money has gone !!!
