I received an email from this Rapid Recovery Agency saying that I took out a loan with this ACE Ace Cash Express- Ace Loan Online and also says A Parental Pay Day Advance Company. They own and operate more than 350 websites. Anyway I never took out a loan with them. I asked for all the info and they state they sent all info to me, which they haven't. They say they have a signed copy of the contract which is signed under my email address and was also traced. Then it says that the entire process was done online and I did not physically sign any contract so they were unable to provide that information to me. If I want the documents I have to request a letter from my side with a valid photo I'd and a physical signature stating I want the documents to be sent to me. I have never received anything ever at my email address or my home address which they say they tried to do but I wasn't home. I never took out a loan with the company ever.

2) On requesting info on this "loan", instead of sending it or even an FDCPA required "g" letter, they "blow smoke"
3) They pretend to have a "signed copy of the contract" which isn't verifiable in any way.
4) They require "photo id and physical signature" just to allegedly get some documentation.
Whatever you demand, they'll just make up some new barrier. Goal is deception and intimidation to defraud you without proof of this alleged "loan".
