Appearance of unnecessary information on screen

I have been a Tatasky subscriber and my ID no is 1046721575.  i have been recharging timely.  since the last 2 months inspite of recharging the screen "Urgent Payment keeps on coming time and again.  this is disgusting.  why can't you provide service meticulously?  is your job over after getting the money?  your team seems to be quite careless and inefficient.  i hope you will correct the mistake you are still unaware of with my TV immediately.
