I just received this email it is the same email thousands of other people have received also. I do not owe for a loan so no idea what they are talking about. I have never in my life had a legit debt collector send me threatening emails.!!! its bs!
We are talking about the loan amount of $300 that you took with the company, they do have your SSN ending with 9925. Your computer's IP address was also traced when money was route into your account after applied through your computer. The money was successfully deposited into your account.
Talking about the creditor Advance Cash Services ACS is the mother company which owns & operates more than 350 parental payday loan websites CASH NET USA, CASH AMERICA & 500 CASH ADVANCE etc.
And now with the late fees and tax, Rate of Interest the initial amount of $300.00 goes up to $564.52. If you are willing to resolve this issue of yours then the best we can do for you is:-
1. If you can pay $305.67 by Today than we can close your file with this amount only.
2. If you are looking for a payment on the settlement amount, the Settlement Amount would be $482.39 which you can pay in two equal payment till May 5th 2015 or,
3. If you are not able to work with the given settlement amount then the best we can do for you is we can split the Total Outstanding balance which is $564.52 into four equal payments each of $141.13. kindly confirm us the four dates on which you can make your payment of $141.13 each.
Kindly update us with the payment date and the amount so that we can update your case file. And once your account will be paid in full then we will send you a Payment Receipt stating that your account has been paid in full with zero balance.
