Speaks Spanish Only

I received 12 calls today in the space of 21 minutes  Phone numb is 1-954-949-6833   I asked to speak with his "boss" as he and/or she spoke spanish only  They hung up  Yesterday 10/28 I received 6 c alls within the space of 5 minutes
What is up with them  I have elderly parents I take care of and this is EXTREMELY ANNOYING
