r complaing for the lucky draw number winners

I also get a call from this number 97189 29410 and he asked to me pay 10000 rs fine for not accepting the Samsung j7 phone lucky draw.... And I asked him to give the address but he didn't give the address and he told to me and  give the complaint in the PS...but i had scolded to him Iam scared about that but my friend told to me don't feat these r the fake calls so u don't believe that...
