i have been charged rs 5/day for the last four months without my knowledge on account of a service called bigfatfreestore...
i had trust in airtel  and i wasnt even checking my bills but sadly it has been broken.., compunded by an extremely helpless customer service care which tells me that i will recieve a callback in one and a half months...
can u belive it????
