Federal Debt Collection Agency

I received an email from FRANK DOLALRD - telling me I owe him or his unnamed company $512.00 and they will garnish my wages if I don't pay.

TOTAL SCAM!!!

But..how did he get all of my information, that is what is scary!

I reported him to FBI and the Federal Trade Commission.
