I am so upset

To whom ever this may concern , I Michael jones sprint # 202-500-2240 am calling in regards to the lack of customer service I received  on 07/29/2013. My wife and I spent over 4 hours on the phone with sprint customer care in reference to waving my cancelation fee of $185. One of my main issues and reasons why I no longer want sprint is because of the lack of service on my Mobil phone I have a toddler who's mother called me a week ago about him vomiting and having blood shot red eyes I am the   Only one in our household with transportation, she was not able to contact me due to me having no service on my phone , I pay $150 a month for my phone and can't even get an emergency call from my wife? Also in march I changed my telephone number because my family was receiving threatening calls from an old coworker that was laid off, this person was able to call sprint and access my account a retrieve my new number my family was scared for there life from the cause of a sprint employe. Sprint had no remorse and did not try to accommodate my family and I at all. With this year of me being a customer with sprint you all had no concern for my privacy,safety,feeling and concerns. On the several phone calls made on 07/29/2013, I was hung up on in three occasions , I have spoke to nothing but disrespectful and rude people two in particular mr.kellen accelerator manager and mr.gerardo. When ask to speak to  Mr.kellen manager he told me that he had no manager and a peer hired him, I was also told that him nor sprint was concerned about my lack of privacy or safety with them, also I feel discriminated against  I was talk nasty to like u was a child and had no value when my wife (a woman) got on the phone she was talked to with respect. In conclusion I have talked to my lawyer about this and Were taking the steps needed to get justice, my wife and I have talked after getting off the phone with sprint about starting a campaign against gender/sex discrimination and along with your email I'm sending a letter to our city governor for recognition and more access to the community about this discrimination.
