They ripped me off!

After 20 years I said goodbye to those thieves. Their price was extremely high. Called to have the package cost lowered, get a new deal or promotion and they only offered me a downgrade, with less channels and less service. Charged me an astronomical cancellation fee over 200.00 dollars and didn't do anything to me as a long time customer. They will never get me as a customer again and I will post this everywhere to warn people. Beware. These people will suck your blood if they get a chance.
