bad service

Hi, I bought a twister meal at Westgate kfc....the one next to game and kodak. The service was way beyond horrible. They only had 1 working till and when I got there I found 2 customers whom by the look of things had been there for a while...next thing you know I was waiting for 20 minutes still not served and the was a long que behind me. Ur employees where moving left to right I could not get what kept them so uneasy. I mean was their boss ( actual owner ) in their presence or what? And 30 minutes later I was served BUT I got the wrong drink 3TIMES. The lady who was serving me asked what drink I wanted I said Sprite..and I got a coke...turned it back just to get a COKE AGAIN! I said SPRITE this time with a firm and straight face and guess what??? My sprite came BUT not to me. It was given to someone else by " mistake ". Anyway, I got my sprite eventually and my oh my it was half sprite and half ice, I did not have time nor energy to ask for another sprite as I might have been given a different drink all together. The lady who served me did not look like a trainee as she pretty much knew her way around, she just looked tired and uninterested. Is it too much to ask for good and quick service? I mean 30 minutes on the line and 1 functioning till is not logical at all. My order number was #:388 and my code was SA470-061114-1411-88
