The order never delivered and No refund given

I order a CD on FYE.com for my husband's birthday. Two days later, someone from customer service called me. She said she wanted to confirm the order with my husband. I told her "It's for his birthday, I don't want him knowing about it." She said, "too bad." I told her to cancel the order. She said "Fine" and hung up.

I then sent two emails to their customer service department to cancel the order. Still, we were charged on the credit card, but never received the order. I never heard back from them.

One month later I have yet to see the credit.

    BEWARE. If you order from FYE.com and THEY send you the incorrect item and you ship it back to them, they will NOT refund your money or your shipping charges. AND, FYE.com will put you off until it is too late to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Do NOT let FYE.com use you as their personal bank.  They are unscrupulous.....they take your money and they don't even give you the item you pay for.

    I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Indianapolis and I am sending a complaint to the Attorney General of Indiana and the Consumer Protection Divison.  This company needs to be be stopped.

    oh my! just had the same experience...ordered what was supposed to be a dvd, but instead receieved a cd, which was then double ordered!!! i was charged twice for the wrong item and overnight shipping...when i attempted to make a return of both items, realized only then what a scam this place is!!! could not return the items to the store and then not one, not twice...no more than three times, tried to obtain a return shipping number for the items, which is absurd...finally after a week of futher delays by FYE (3wks running) i received one number though i clearly and repeatedly requested numbers for both items...mailed both items back to FYE using their return information provided on 25 March...only to receive an email suggesting the company has nit yet received my return!!! this company is heading out of business or will be in the near future...i am putting the word out to all i know in every imagineable media venue to AVOID doing business with this company...i am sure they will blame me - the customer!  - and refuse to refund me for both purchases, which FYE screwed up. with this company, i may never even see the items which they sent - and i then returned - either.  do yourself a HUGE favor and shop elsewhere, save yourself time and money. this place is the WORST of the worst.  i will NEVER do business with this company again...you are warned!

    upon entering the store bagless as in no purchases made since entering the mall and or store the alert goes off as if something purchased was not deactivated.  Again I had just entered the mall then walked to the fye store to purchase dvd's for my grand daugther who likes curious george.  As I am entering the store two clerks (Alex) not sure of the name of the female clerk, now asked if they could deactivate my purchase - had I purchased something at a previous store I wouldn't have mind so much but I had nothing.  I informed them that I just entered the mall and walked into their store and that I had nothing to scan because this is the only store I had been too since entering the mall.  Now they want to deactivate my cloths as well as my shoes.  None of the items worn this day were newly purchased surely deactivate by now due to multiple washings.  when asked why and what do they want to scan, neither clerk (Alex) not sure of the name of the female clerk the had any clue other then that they needed to scan and or deactive something.  I guess my complaint and question is, that are we now profiling folks as we enter stores?  I did go to other stores in the mall and fye's is the only store that I had and issue entering and leaving both directions beeping, i guess needing something deactivated.  As you know there is no place on their web site to log complaints, venting here as well as other sites I find.  mad about being deactivated.

    I have been getting the runaround from FYE.com for 2 weeks now over a dvd I ordered to be a Christmas gift... got the wrong dvd BEFORE christmas, sent them emails, to see if I could get the correct dvd, and never heard back from them. Scammers like that should be held accountable, and out of business if they are going to rip people off. I will never order from them again. Its a shame that the owners of fye will never know how many people they rip off, they probably never see the emails we see.. as long as the money keeps flying in, they're happy.
