Terrible service! Waited a long time for live chat. Finally reached someone eho sent me a link to order a part. They disconnected. I went to the site to order an in-warranty part and they wanted to charge. With shipping = $25. I hardly used the pressure washer and the GCFI plug is not working. Don't buy from home depot. They sell junk and their service is even worse. Never again!
