not recharging validity date

my mobile number 054 167 4283 is not recharging since I have been using the Mobily for the last five (5) months.  My number is valid until 27 September 2011.

Pls solve this problem.  Also, I request to improve MOBILY service.

    My Mobile No. 9426709651 is recharge for six months validity by Rs.25/- & for Ballance by Rs.55/- but I received validity for 45 days only in place of 180 days   please solved it.
