Balance deduction

I am charged rs 5 on every half n hour after my iPhone 5 gets on after switching it off airtel cutomer care is not reachable on 121/198 and my balance is getting empty this is so ridiculous service they charged for the international messages which is not done from my phone and when previously I asked they stated they charged for iMessage and FaceTime activation what rubbish why you will charge separately for  it even though I have mobile data and wifi network  get resolve this you airtel concern people
