I have given a complaint about FULL TRACK IPLAYER % service of AIRTEL for which I am charged Rs.5 everyday and which I do not need but am unable to stop. I was asked to give contact details on Airtel Complaints section. The Complaint section responds with "Service is down currently. Please try again later". Meanwhile I will be charged @ Rs.5 per day till the fault is rectified.
