Additional Charges

I am in the service and i provided a copy of my order because I became mobilized to Afghanistan. At the gym the same individual who sold me the membership said everything would be fine and for me to give them a copy of my orders. Only to recently find out that they began to charge a card which I had paid the membership in full with. After calling the corporate office i was told that they had never stoped or changed my status on the system. There fore I lost my full year that i paid in advance and the the 5 payments that were pulled out of my card. To make it worst they sold contracts to another fitness company.
