This woman is a sham. Her business is a sham. I ordered a horoscope for her for a friend (Libra) and got an analysis for Scorpio.
I no longer wanted her services and tried to cancel, but there is no where to do so on the website. I sent numerouse emails to the address from which she wrote me, and no reply.
She enteres a recurring charge on my account and there is no way to block it or stop it.
Stay away from this woman.

What sort of person do you think you are dealing with when you pay money for a horoscope?

This probelm is common with fraudulent scams.
Providing no way to even get her to stop charging just means that when you attempted to do so, the charges from that time forward were "unauthorized".
You block it by filing a fraud dispute against her charges, and blocking the card number or closing the account due to fraud. You can dispute EFT and debit card charges under FRB Reg. E, and credit card charges under FCBA.
