My order for the following E book has not been fully received
McGrath, Alister E. The Christian Theology Reader. 4th edition. Malden: Blackwell Publishing, 2011.
I paid $25.02 on my Visa card Friday 3 March & when I did not receive this after a few days I phoned a representative from what I believed to be Google Play. She very politely advised that this had been sent but when I examined the text later I found that only half the contents were present.
I wish to get a refund & then I will purchase a hard copy from a bookseller
Your help in facilitating this matter will be appreciated
