Worst customer service ever. They never showed up at the appt time and argued with me that they did then stated they reschedule it for later today without asking me if i was available. They argued with me for about 5 minutes that their repair person was at my house-I have eyes and can tell you if somebody has been at my home. They never showed up. They called me basically a liar because their guy told them he was there and left a note on door, there is no note on my door my door was wide open and i was out i the yard part of the morning. I said ok tell the guy to turn around and come back to do the job..he stated oh no cannot do that he is already to his next appt and he did not have a way to call him..I said if you cannot call him how do you know if he was here and a note left....he could not answer so I knew this was not a reputable company.. Then I called the 800 number to speak with a Manager but could not get pass the operator and they hung up on me 4 times. Called Maytag warranty line and made a compliant with them. They told me I had to call A&E and make a compliant with their managers..I stated that is odd they just told me I had to call you...Maytag cancelled any reschedule appt with A&E and gave me a different appliance company that does warranty work...So glad i got rid of them before any work was performed
