Rude, bad attitude, disrespectful

Start with no welcome, no smile, all frowns. Asked if they had hot fries. She said NO in a loud voice. My food was cold. When I asked for ketchup she threw some packets on the counter and glared at me. She had a terrible attitude. I am a 70+ senior citizen and I am always kind to workers and expect the same in return.
